"The bathroom floor needs a thorough cleaning. A drop of water fell on the floor and when I cleaned it with paper towels, it came back filthy with dirt stuck to the floor. I can only imagine the dirt that we can't see, since the bathroom floor is impossible to walk on without shoes."

"The first night I was there, there was someone in the room right next to me. The walls are very thin. I could hear them talking, their tv on, etc like they were right in my room. I even heard the guy snoring at night! I almost asked to move rooms. But luckily, they were there only one night. It was nice and quite for my two other nights."

"Placed me in a smoking room when I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Doors are loud and rooms aren’t very soundproof so you hear a lot. Otherwise staying here was fine."

Great Price Great Staff

"I am so happy that I booked here the price to stay for the days that we stayed was just awesome and also got great room service and not just that but I had an issues with being on high floor and the awesome staff was able to accommodate me and put me to a lower room and I was just so grateful for that so thank you guys so much For having such great awesome staff members and I will be booking here again at the end of this year for our next family trip thank you Virginia River hotel, and casino for your great hospitality"
