Welcome to my lovely home for a fabulous vacation, or a business endeavor . Guests have access to the entire 1-story home with pool and spa, palm trees, an abundance of flowers, fruit trees and unobstructed mountain views in a secluded neighborhood.. Multi colored pool lights at night create an enchanting atmosphere. Kitchen is well stocked with many amenities, spices, coffee, tea etc. Convection oven perfect for baking! I welcome up to 5 guests and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, office and laundry room. Base price is for 2 guests, any additional guests pay more as displayed on the VRBO website. I'm located in the North West of Las Vegas, close to hwy 95 and interstate 215. There are two shopping centers close by, eateries and fast food, hair dressers, pizzeria and more.. About 10 min on Hwy 95-S is the Centennial shopping center, Cosco just 15 more minutes on 215-East. I’m available if you have questions or need help. You will be swept away when marveling at the sunrise from the backyard or house and the moon by night. Just 15 min. to Mt. Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, golfing, 25 min. to the Strip; 60 min. to Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, couple of minutes to Tule Springs Park (Floyd Lamb park), & a few hours to Scott's Castle in Death Valley or Valley of Fire, and a few more. Las Vegas is centrally located to reach an abundance of many tourist destinations and attractions like Grand Canyon, Brice Canyon, Antelope Valley, Monument Valley, Lake Powell just to name a few. I do care about my guests wellbeing as I put myself into their shoes. Their happiness is my number ONE priority.. Many of my guests come back each year to find relaxation, enjoyment or seek new adventures. As a host, I make sure they find that extra little thing they expect. I enjoy being a host to serve my guests for almost 10 years.

Sigrid was a wonderful hostess! Her place is lovely and well provisioned. Our only beef was the pool and hot tub were not usable at the arrival temperatures and the cost to heat them was prohibitive. Nice yard with interesting plants and birds. Easy access to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Traffic noise as it’s on a corner but not bad. All in all a lovely place to vacation!

Absolutely Wonderful House with Owner!
A friend and I recently stayed at this house and everything was perfect! Sigrid is an excellent host, she communicated quickly and did not mind all my questions! The backyard is like an oasis, and the all the greenery provided a beautiful backdrop along with the mountains behind them. We were there to play golf and had no issues getting Uber. The grocery store was 10 minutes away or less, the grill worked perfectly! I like many of the reviews... "will be coming back next year!" thank you Sigrid!

Las Vegas Getaway Home
My wife and I spent a very enjoyable week in the Las Vegas suburbs. Sigrid, the property owner, was a gracious host! The location worked well for us as we included several day trips away from the city. While some distance away from the Vegas Strip strip, quick access to that area was a breeze. This is one area of Vegas where the infrastructure is excellent! We recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas but still within a relatively quick ride to see the sights on Las Vegas Boulevard. We will be back!

Comfortable and great location
This is our third long term stay with Sigrid. We love everything about the home. It's comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen and baths. Sigrid is a wonderful hostess and truly cares about your comfort and privacy. She makes you feel like family. The residential location is close to shopping and restaurants, and an easy commute to the strip. We will definitely return when in Las Vegas.
