"Riversage is near downtown and very close to both of Billings' hospitals. I was having surgery so we stayed here the night before my operation. Checking in was quick and easy. I actually forgot my credit card on the counter, but when we called, they had found it and kept it for me. They made me show my ID when I came back to get it, which was nice, because that demonstrates a good sense of security. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. "Only place ive stayed so far out of around 10 hotels where you're not allowed to check in early, even 1 min before 3pm(something to do with there system so you will be charged) Room was fine, mattress was Abit old and sunk to one side. Breakfast was meant to be 7-9am,but nobody opened it up till around 8.20am. Had to call the number on the reception as no staff there in the morning(notice says they are understaffed at the moment)"
