It was an awesome place situated just outside one of the national park entrance easy access to the grand loop great place to stay we are looking forward to spring
It was very basic. No place around to eat, it wasn’t a cabin, it was a room. No microwave, no hair dryer, 1 spoon in the room and a couple of forks and knives. Very trashy outside and could not see the stream.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

This property is an older facility that is slow being remodeled. There are tools and supplies all over the place. There was an old motorcycle parked on the sidewalk in front of our unit. The inside of the unit was clean. It sure beats camping.

This property is not fancy but it was right next to the NE entrance to Lamar Valley in Yellowstone. The host was very helpful, coming into the room with us to turn on the heat (25 degrees outside in the am). The place was clean, warm, cozy with great beds. We would stay there again if we go to Yellowstone.
Perhaps it was due to being at the end of season, but the property was quite torn up for what looked to be rehab purposes. There was nobody in what looked like should have been the front desk / check in area. We found someone in the laundry area that was able to check us in. There were very limited amenities, such as no place on property to get ice. The room was small with dark decor and poor lighting. The TV worked fine and there was a small fridge and microwave. A large fabric curtain separated the toilet and shower area from the rest of the room. There was no screen in the back window, so we were not able to open it up to let fresh air in, for fear of letting in bugs. The property has potential, but it didn't show well when we stayed.
I’m giving this motel style cabin a 5 based on location and the enjoyable owner!
You are literally at the NE entrance gates to Yellowstone.
I’m sure the owner didn’t even know the carpet was wet by the bathroom. I was remiss in not letting him know but we only slept and left.
Nice to stay with close access to Yellowstone and the Lamar Valley. The staff were friendly. There seemed to be a lot of stuff around. But for a place to sleep it worked. I would stay here again.
Accommodations are basic - definitely not a luxury motel. But who cares. If you are looking for fun, funky and convenient you could not ask for a better place to stay. Very close to the NE park entrance. Coffee, breakfast and dinner places within a 1-2 minute walk. Surprisingly interesting food choices. Motel staff are super friendly. We would stay again.
Liked the little cabin on the creek. Very quiet. It had turned cold but there was on only 1 coffee in the room. We had to find staff to help get us some. They did not have any in the office and everything was closing.
There was no extra blanket for the bed. Would have been very welcomed.
