"I loved my visit, great quality and outstanding customer service. The guy who checked me out was my hero for finding my lost wrist band and had the best personality! Everything was better than I expected and have already booked my next visit. My only recommendations were being more diligent with snow/ice removal (not common for them) and maybe adding a hot protein option to breakfast like bacon or sausage. Everything else was above and beyond!"

"The carousel was an amazing location for my husband and I to take a couple days away to rest and relax. We loved the ice rink and overall feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub! The ice rink was so much fun! My only advice is to ask for a higher level room or corner if you are sensitive to noise. It didn’t bother us but the music was loud. The hotel should also consider updates to the bathrooms. Ours had a good bit of mold on the ceiling and the shower was stained. We would...
