"Perfect home for a weekend get away! Close to the beach, restaurants, and other fun places. We did not use the pool bc it is off-season, but it is right across the street which would be nice in the summer. Hoping to come back soon! "

"This house worked out very well for us for our family thanksgiving.. Nancie even decorated the enormous dining room table with Thanksgiving things! There was tons of room - the main family/living room had lots of couches and the huge table sat 12 people with chairs to spare. Plenty of room to spread out, with doors between kitchen, living and office/2nd living room space so people can enjoy whatever suits their mood. A bit cold to use the outdoor patio space, but lots of seating out there which would have been great in the summer time. The number of dishes, blankets and pillows was enough for an army, and we were able to fit 6 cars in the driveway. The grocery store plaza is super convenient.. it's right at the entrance to the community, less than 2 minutes drive away down nice quiet roads that you could easily walk on. There's a small gas station there and a pizza place as well. The walkability is exceptionally high - the community is quiet and pleasant, and right next to the grocery store plaza is the nice wide sidewalk for convenient walking, running, biking and more to the local preserves. Definitely enjoyed our time here."

"We stayed at the west Bethany property and we were so thankful for Caroline and Jeff. They saw that we needed a change of rental and it was last minute because of another canceled reservation- they called us and saved our thanksgiving. We had the best time. The house is perfect. Thank you! "

"Really nice property. Tons of dishes and cooking equipment. Lovely patio looks at water. We had an age range from 8 to 80. There's a spiral staircase so it wouldn't be good for anyone with limited mobility.."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sweet little ocean front condo — the perfect get-away retreat to Bethany Beach. Accommodates two comfortably with a very well-equipped kitchen for dining in, and breezy covered porch complete with picnic table, chairs and plenty of space for entertaining. Everything is within walking distance since the Boardwalk is only steps from the condo's door, including Bethany's Town Square with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, but if you need to restock your own provisions, grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive from the beaches. But the best part by far is catching the spectacular sunrises just a short walk past the dunes from the boardwalk. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay longer this trip, but hope to be able to revisit this experience in the future! "

"Just returned from a 6 night stay at this Bethany Beach home. Firstly, the home itself and the gated community were beautiful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The house is as advertised. Nice balance of aesthetics and function. Close enough to downtown Bethany, the beach & food options but far enough away too. The only drawback was the proximity to Hwy 1 for noise. We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant. Not by any means the fault of the property or owner, just something to be aware of. Because we stayed after peak season the community was often sparsely occupied giving us a near private pool experience. We walked our 1 year old in the stroller around several times a day. All in all, our family very much enjoyed our stay.and would go back. "
