"We were at the lake for a high school bass fishing tournament. The place was perfect for us with two bedrooms, one for the two boys and one for me. Parking with a boat was pretty tight but doable. The place was super clean and the landscape was awesome. The owner was great along with the communication. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in our short time staying at the property. I will rent again the next time we have a tournament at PK! "

The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. "Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get. "

"We had a great time. Everything indoors and out seemed new and worked well. Really enjoyed the boat dock for docking our boat, fishing, and watching the sunsets and full moon-rise on the second story. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful."

"The listing showed this as a basic place to stay and I understand that when I made the reservation. But I only needed overflow arrangements for sleeping and showering. The ladies staying there did not like the beds, kitchen sink or bathroom. They came over to my place to shower, and checked out of the room a day early. The location was good, and the grounds were pleasant."

Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. "We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....
