"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

"Not bad for a good-priced guesthouse. Neighborhood's a bit sketchy but I was there for 2 days and had no trouble w/ my car parking or car itself. It survived 2 nights parked in Newark w/out incident. :)"

"Conveniently located at the area where the Chinese and Asian restaurants are in Brooklyn. Very close to 8th Avenue subway station. The room is clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is simple and yet there's always a staff member to attend to the needs such as refilling coffee and pastries. "

Comfortable bed and friendly people.

"Staff was very friendly. Had a very short stay due to flight issues but the room was in good shape and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is slightly dated, but the common areas have been updated and look great, the bed and linens were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was solid, and the check in folks were very friendly even with it being crazy busy. Everything I’m looking for in a short stay. Would stay again."
