But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"We did not make our flight to check in the first night. I tried to communicate with owner but NEVER got a response. Then when we did make it into town we drove to the property and quickly turned around and booked a new place. This house is the only decent thing on the block. It is in the hood and not safe for families to stay if you are not from the area or if you plan on going outside the house at all.
