"Over all this is a nice property. Since there are 2 units at this property, Be careful of other guests that could possibly be there, as there were some when my friends and I visited. They were loud until 4 in the morning and hot boxed their unit. I would recommend the owner of the property instates a “no noise after ____ time” policy so that visitors don’t have to confront each other. The beds are VERY firm, almost rock like. "If you're looking for a place to stay near airport, then this will work out just fine. Was a little surprised only outdoor chairs in the family room, no couch or tv (no where to hang out with family). Shower head was really low (if you're over 5 feet 10 then you have to bend down to shower? Lacking glassware. Nothing to drink out of. TV's in bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable. Water and heat worked well. "

"A really fabulous apartment right in the centre of town but also very quiet (a stones throw from my favourite shop the Princeton record exchange). Everything in the apartment was new and was spotlessy clean it even had a cocktail maker and drinks area. The apartment was light and airy with 2 balconies. "My adult son had never been to NYC, this condo was perfect for our trip! We were close to the city, and transportation was not a problem. We had a beautiful view of Manhattan from the balcony. It was a perfect set up for us to eat together and just enjoy time together. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The unit is amazing in size for the area. It had all of the amenities we needed and ample space for our family. The bunk beds were a bit squeaky which did cause some sleeplessness. The building is well lit and safe with several gates and monitored. The diversity of restaurants in close proximity is limited but that was an issue for us since we were in and out of the city. Overall it was a great stay despite the usual issues of being in a condo with close neighbors."
