"WOW. Wow. Wow. A 5-star rating is simply not enough. The hotel grounds are quiet, beautifully landscaped, and serene, and the care the staff pour into their guests is simply unmatched. We felt appreciated and cared for from the moment we arrived at the lobby to check in til the moment we reluctantly had to check out. CHOM, the guest relations manager, is a pleasure to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the best possible stay. And it really couldn't have been better. She even helped coordinate the retrieval of a bag I left behind on a tour the night before leaving Phuket, so that I could have it in time for my flight the next morning. She didn't have to do this, but she did. And that's what makes Chom and the whole team at The Pavillions so special. The villas are wonderful, but it's this care and attention that makes the guest experience so memorable. I wish I remembered the names of everyone on the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with so that I could celebrate them here; Ploy and Florence were always kind and responsive whenever we called the front desk, Molly & Sauw's massages, O.M.G., and everyone that came to our villa to either pick us up or deliver bottles of water, pillows, or room service was thoughtful and respectful. There isn't a day that's passed since we left that we haven't wished we were still there. No matter what vacation experience you're looking for, I can guarantee you'll find it here."

"The room was very spacious and great to have pool access from our balcony (we got the Sun late afternoon in block 4) Only issue we had was clothes storage - only 6 hangers for both of us and no drawers. We noticed a lot of rooms that did the same as us and kept clothes in the suitcases on the floor. Apart from that the room was lovely, great shower and lovely beds. The breakfast was great too with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Access to the beach was good too. We’ve been to Bang Tao area before and love Boat Avenue for shopping and eating out, we went for the Friday market and called a Grab taxi for about £5 Lots of restaurants near by too - our favourite was Crave All in all a great holiday - we shall definitely return to Phuket again"

"We really enjoyed our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The resort is beautiful, always spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially, one of the supervisors Benz, Sue in the Isla restaurant, and Pham in the spa! The location is right on the beach which was fantastic. Very glad we chose Amora for our trip."

"This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always helpful. The gym, sauna, and steam room were awesome. The food/drinks were extremely good and tasty. The ONLY negatives about the hotel is that although the food and drinks were extremely good….it was limited. Meaning the menu did not change. Also, although there is a lot of construction happening around the hotel which can’t be helped, it unfortunately does take away from the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel itself. Would I stay at this hotel again?…..ABSOLUTELY I WOULD 10/10"
