"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"The accomodation is a short walk from the quaint lake side town. The town is easily connected via train station to any area in Lake Como. The properties lake and mountain views are gorgeous sipping your favorite beverage on the veranda. Breakfast was a variety of local pastries, yoghurt, juices, coffee/tea… Marco is a fabulous host! I would definitely stay here again :)"

"We appreciated all the extras supplied like coffee, kettle and the dishwasher. It was very hot during our stay so we struggled with a poor functioning fan, but we were grateful to have it. Better than nothing. We were disappointed that the listed hostess didn't respond to any communication in the lead up to our arrival (possibly due to no English), therefore making checking in a more difficult process than it should have been."
