"The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but...

"We had the best stay! It was a beauty property. The food was amazing and everyone was very friendly. It is walkable to Saint Paul de Vence. Ubers were easy to get. Tip-check your invoice before leaving my husband and I were charged for 4 continental breakfasts on our last day instead of 2. "

When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip.
