It’s walkable to downtown Edwardsville, less than 10 minutes from SIUE’s campus, and great access to nearby suburbs. Definitely recommend this home AND checking out Sacred Grounds for a great cup of Joe/breakfast and Ed’s Delicatessen for a delicious lunch option."
