"We really enjoyed staying at this property. The balcony is gigantic and has wonderful views of the river. The home itself is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The bedrooms are huge, everything is perfectly clean, kitchen is well stocked with equipment, and the furniture (including the beds) is very comfortable. The owner was very accessible and responded immediately to any question we had. My only slight complaint is the description that it is "5 houses from the boardwalk" is a little...

"We had an incredible time during our visit! The house was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, and restaurants/ coffee/ the boardwalk. Lots of street parking. The house was very clean, well stocked, and well set up to spend lots of time together with family or friends. The only issue we had was that the keys were not inside the lockbox at check in, but there were alternate ways to get inside the house - all listed in the check in instructions - and the property manager was...

"The views are wonderful! As stated, the home is only a few seconds from the beach. We have stayed in this area previously and this home has been the best. There are several upgrades which were greatly appreciated. Most important for me was Starlink WiFi! While I don't know much about Lululemon Studio / Mirror, our daughter was very excited and had a wonderful workout. When returning to the Monterey area, this is certainly a home we will return to! "

"We have rented this home once a year for the past four years and always have a lovely stay. The views are amazing and the location cannot be beat. Due to the recent storms, there has been construction out front for our past two stays, but our stays were still great and the construction actually made the street more quiet. "We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"This is a great location, walking distance from Nisene Marks Park (redwoods) and the Aptos Village with nice market and restaurants. Beautiful Sea Cliff Beach is a longer walk, or 5 minute drive. The back deck looks over forest and feels secluded and there are lots of big windows looking out that direction too. The hosts live on the property, which turned out fine. They were very helpful when we had a few small requests. The front of the property is tighter than it appears in the listing photo....
