"We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. "

"We could not get in with the lockbox combination given to us. The toilet ran continuously. The garbage disposal was plugged up. The bathroom fan did.not work . There was a bad odo r for 3.days. we could never get ahold of the office.. the unit was pictored with a walkin tub. It had 2 regular tubs. You had to force the refergerator door shut."

"This was hands down the best decision ever! We have dogs and to find a place that actually accepts pets and you don't have to take them with you during the day was perfect. We stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but couldn't leave the dogs during the day! I would definitely go back!"

"We stayed for a couple of days primarily for a place to rest and shower. However, we encountered several issues: the front door had trouble closing properly due to misaligned deadbolt. Additionally, some furniture was broken, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. We also dealt with a rude neighbor who complained about the noise we made while trying to close the front door. On a positive note, the showers were hot and the beds were comfortable."

"Check in process was incredibly easy. The link to verify your stay they send you once you book was very easy to navigate.We were very grateful this property has some rooms with pet accommodations. When we arrived at the property there was a map of the complex to help find your room. The parking lot was not over crowded and had covered parking which is nice in AZ. The grounds were kept nice. "Nice pool and pool area, but the room was not clean. There was something gross spread on the wall above the TV, furniture was shappy and unclean, baseboards were very dirty, one of the beds fell apart, not enough towels. This condo could be a great place to stay if it was clean and furniture was updated."

"We have been communicating with VRBO and they have been trying to help. We stayed for 2 days until we got a confirmation from management that we would be receiving the balance of our booking. About 6 to 8 days reimbursement. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received anything. Place is a big scam. I am surprised thatVRBO still lists this property."

"The property was on the second floor but there wasn't a view out of any window, the unit had a dark claustrophobic feel. The living room seated four with a good view of the small flatscreen and the carpet which was in need of cleaning. "The property was very disappointing. It had the old brown shag, dirty carpeting. The doors on the cupboards were not hanging properly damage to the ceilings. Only two bath towels for a three week stay for two people one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had no water pressure, no handicap bars to assist an 80-year-old getting in and out of the tub we were afraid to use the kitchen facilities as the place was not very clean. "I enjoyed my stay at this property for 12 days in #32. It was very clean, comfortable, and overall quiet. However, it did state that there was a dryer in the unit. I was there for 12 nights so really did need a dryer. I did contact the office right away. Although they were quick to respond initially, they never did address the problem or get back to me. The check in was simple, I felt very safe while there. Close to the grocery store and easy to get around. I will definitely stay here again."

"These properties are dirty and do not have adequate supplies for even a three day stay; we had to purchase our own towels and candles to mitigate the smell. The first unit they rented us had no heat and we had to be moved to a different one. The 2nd one did not have a working television for over two days. We left the property early and checked into a proper rental, not VRBO affiliated. We’ve been promised a credit, doubt it will happen.credi"

"We felt that the unit could use a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. It wouldn't take much to make this a desirable unit with a little TLC. Neither tubs had a plug and the furniture was very minimal . We enjoyed the location and the manager was quick to repond to our requests."

"The weather was cold and the only heat source is the ac/heater in the bedroom wall so we were chilly unless in the bedroom. The real furnace blew cold air constantly- had no thermostat to shut it down and was wired very strangely inside its closet. Husband is aircraft mechanic and took a picture of it. No sitting room other than the futon in the bedroom or the tiny kitchen table. The floor was not clean- socks got very dirty without shoes. Kitchen was very basic and needs some good non-stick...

"Comfotable property"

"What a cute little place that is a great alternative to a hotel room. This Casita is pretty much a small apartment connected to a large, high end, home in a nice neighborhood. The layout of the property provides privacy and isolation from the main house. It doesn't offer all the amenities of a home rental, it's more like a big hotel room. There's no plumbing in the kitchen, and no range/oven. We enjoyed our stay there and am happy we chose it over a hotel room."

"Cactus tower rooms are large, comfortable, and on a non-peak night quite affordable. Maricopa is 45ish minutes from Phoenix but the savings in lodging makes up for the drive. Would definitely stay again. "

"The rooms are very clean and good size. Bathroom was roomy and really clean. Property is organized and updated. The pool and spa is nice and hardly anyone was using it so we were outside a few night's to play corn hole and have some drinks. Even the public restrooms in the casino and pool area where so clean. "
