"A hidden gem right in the heart of Nara Park, tucked away on a small hill, surrounded by verdant greens. Purely magical, a sanctuary that stands in stark contrast the frenzy of the deer feeding tourists and the bustle of Osaka! "Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "

"We stayed for only one night in the private room. The room has more a homey than modern feel and that suits us fine. It is reasonably roomy as it has a sitting area with a small sofa and a single lounge chair. The beds are also comfortable. The location is great and very close to the Kintetsu Nara train station. We'll definitely consider staying there next time if we visit Nara again."

"Hirosawa was very welcoming but make sure you go to the right door! She took us to the room which was warm and looked comfortable, and made tea for us while explaining all about Nara (all the major temples/shopping etc are within a short walk). The ryokan facilities are relatively basic but that is probably the point of staying in one. The shower, however, was amazing and rarely have we slept in such comfortable beds. But the high point was the outstanding Japanese-style breakfast (costs extra)...

The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

"口コミとは内容が多少違いました。部屋は暑く、鍵がドアに刺さっており、電気も付いていたので、誰かいるのかと少し怖かったです。その旨をメールでお伝えしましたが、返信ないです。水はないですが、カップ麺が置いてありました。無料なのかは不明。Netflixは観れるテレビではないです。壁も薄いです。駐車場があり、料金が安かったので、その点は許容範囲です。料金が安い、人と会うことがないという点が良かったです。また利用したいです。"

"The property is great but unfortunately I didn’t get to partipate in the onsen because I got soo sick. However the hotel was phenomenal and provided me a translator to visit a clinic to get antibiotics! I’ll never forget this experience. Thank you. "

"The traditional room was remarkable. I love the floor sleeping. The place has a nice public onsen. If you are into manga the owner has a huge collection to check out. Also there is a massage chair in the lobby that I recommend for after your bath. This place is tucked back off of the main road so it is quiet. I highly recommend this for a night or multi night stay if available. "

"We loved the location and walking distance to Nara Park and temples. The staff was amazing and very intelligent! Some of them spoke many different languages. They had many fun things to do and everything we needed as far as amenities. Starbucks right across the pond and shopping centers as well."
