"One of the most beautiful hotels i have stayed in! The attention to design details, friendliness of the staff and options of complimentary room amenities made the whole experience of being halfway across the world incredibly homey. "

"For an area that doesn’t have much around, this hotel is closest to the train station where some family restaurants/cafes and supermarkets are. We also want to say the staff are super friendly and helpful especially the young man at check in counter. The onsen is also being managed well but some foreigners didn’t wash their bodies before getting into the onsen. I hope the staff will remind them about that at check in. "

"The hotel was clean and convenient to both the train station and the park/area. The one negative is that the hot springs/ public bath that is advertised is an additional charge once you arrive at the property. "

I’m so glad we decided to spend a couple of days in Nara instead of just doing it as the day trip that it is so often marketed as. Nara is it’s own destination & my favorite part of my whole whirlwind journey through Japan."
