"Lovely setting and very well places for lakes and roads to getting around the Friesland. Rooms are a bit tired and the bathrooms need some TLC. Great staff and good facilities. "

"The listing did not reflect what we found. We came with 6 adults and two cars, but could not get a second key and fob. We entered the house and found the beds were not made and ready. There were dirty dishes stacked in the cupboard. There were spiderwebs and dirt inside the house. The outside and laundry room were a messy. Some of the screens were broken. The listing said the pool was fenced, but when we asked if we could use, they said no we can’t. Declutter and use some quality furnishings. Overall it was a very disappointing start to a family get together."

"The hotel is a 10 mins Clarice to Giethoorn. As they had mentioned but a beautiful place and lovely location Was sad that we should have stayed here for a day more, the rooms were very neat, clean and comfortable, Bathrooms too were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent even though we were vegetarians we had a lot of options. The ambience of the entire place is outstanding "
