Always in the summer with the whole family and often in the spring and fall as a couple. This was our first time at this property and we hope to come back."

"The location was very close to the interstate allowing for easy access to many other coastal Maine towns, and just a few minute ride to Kennebunkport and Wells Beach. Very clean and nice finishes in the kitchen. One improvement the owner could make for this property to be stellar would be is installing a larger shower, it was very tight, and tv’s in the bedrooms."

"This was the greatest gift my grandchildren and I could’ve had this summer. We ended up finding Nancy‘s listing and jumped on it. I managed to not have the right code to get in and Nancy was more than gracious to help with that from across the country. I had other questions for her and once again, she was so helpful. It was an amazing location for a four and a six-year-old to learn about the beach. It was such a joy to be there. "

"Overall, the property is acceptable with an eat-in kitchen (best feature) and good location for our needs. AC was efficient, water temp was hot when needed. Manuel, the service man. Property is 3 floors up-be aware of steps and not lighted at night so you need to be very careful. Several items need attention: -Black mold on bottom of shower door and tile grout -Toilet runs every 45 minutes-possible flapper valve leak -Mounted towel rack is loose -Very dirty HVAC return vent on high...

"This property may be on the smaller side, but it's perfect for two people, especially if you plan to be out and about all day. The location is excellent. All area beaches as well as a bunch of fun restaurants and shops are within a 10/15 min drive. I would come back!"
