Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. Close to beach access. The new build should have excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise. Host was quick to respond to our messages.parking for 4 vehicles…5 if small...
