"They supposedly didn’t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didn’t know we were coming? "Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. "

"I booked the same hotel as my daughter for a family event in the area. I was informed that we were moved due to the emergency prison situation when i arrived. I did not receive a call or email ahead of time. I called my daughter yo give her directions to Hampton Inn since she was enroute. The front desk ladies were very friendly and informative. I wasn't upset only confused when my reservation couldn't be found. We all had a great weekend "
