"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. "Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

"Really nice house above the village. Spectacular view from the wooden terasse. Clean and serviced pool. The 3rd room is quite small, also one of the bathrooms, perfect for 4 people. Very well equipped kitchen."

"Our stay was wonderful. We had 22 family members and the way the house and other rooms are situated there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms comfortable. The house was very clean. There is plenty of room to have sit down dinners. The property manager was very responsive. He answered all our questions very promptly, provided information about the surrounding area and helped set up chef dinners. We could not have chosen a better place for our stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was immaculately clean and fitted out with everything you could possibly need including a top quality gas BBQ. While the pool deck can be windy, it is not overlooked and is south facing so you get the sun all day which ensures the water temperature is perfect.  There is an overnight parking lot camping trailers beside the house but it's on lower ground so you don't see it and it was always very quiet. Elie and his wife Manou are lovely...

Access to the beach, marina, town and station is very easy and everything is around a 30 minute walk. "The villa is in a lovely, quiet residential area about 15 minutes drive from the centre of La Ciotat. The interior of the house is charming and spacious, with tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed for five adults and two babies under a year old. The garden and pool area are delightful and the view over the bay is stunning. "An absolutely amazing holiday destination, villa is spacious with a stunning overflow pool and the views are breathtaking. The beautiful village of Bormes is minutes walk away with great restaurants and a fabulous market every Wednesday. Would totally recommend a stay here and look forward to returning to this gem again next year."
