"Das Chalet hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage auf dem Campingplatz war gut und es war ausreichend ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad oder auch dem Bus kommt man gemütlich zum sagenhaften Strand. "An excellent vacation place, close to the beach and the town, yet peacefully far from others. The other cabins are uninhabited around it so we were all alone. The owners are great, they made us feel welcome with little extras like the bikes and body boards to use, the coffee and soaps. The cabin is well done with nice materials and a good layout for everyone to be comfy. The AC was very nice on hot nights. Only thing I would warn about is that the loft beds are very high, so not for young kids....

"We chose low season for quietness & relaxation.....it was perfect for us. We were able to take our dog too! Managed to catch a beautiful sunset! 🌇 Lots of great forest walks to choose from, lakes to visit etc We really enjoyed the spa facilities every day. Not far from fabulous sandy beaches, Mimizan-Plages has a lot of restaurants to choose from! Massages by Chloé were wonderful."

"Emplacement idéal ! Proche des commerces et restaurants tout en étant au calme. La plage de Contis est à quelques kilomètres. Les pistes cyclables à proximités. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs dès qu'on a besoin d'un renseignements ou de quelque chose. N'hésitez pas !! Nous on a vraiment apprécié."

Le barbecue électrique a rendu l âme et a été changé dans la journée. Les plages sont à 7 km et Mimizan à 10’. Accessibles et en même temps assez éloignées pour être au calme."

"Nous avons trouvé un chalet très propre et bien équipé. L'accueil a été des plus sympathique. Le village avec ses animations est très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de la mer à proximité le soleil étant au rendez-vous. Nous avons eu un petit désagrément de toilettes que la propriété a géré avec efficacité à distance ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous l'en remercions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time....
