"Pietro was excellent, he made sure we had everything we needed. In the Expedia description it said we would have a microwave, oven top and kettle. When we arrived we had a kettle. Pietro immediately got us a microwave that was also an oven. He supplied us with plates, bowls and cutlery. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The property is in Trastevere, which is popular and busy, but our room was really quiet.
