"가족실 (싱글베드*2 + 퀸베드, 화장실 2개)에 묵었습니다 장단점으로 후기 쓰겠습니다 장점: 1. 신축 건물에 오픈한지 얼마안된 깨끗한 호텔입니다 2. 속초 중앙시장과 관광수산시장에 도보로 10분거리라서 주차난이 심한 것을 피할 수 있는게 굉장히 좋고 아바이 마을도 가깝습니다 (25년 1월말 경우 관광시장주차에 주/야 30~40분이상 걸림) 3. 외부주차장과 내부 승강기 주차장이 있어서 주차에 편리합니다 (외부1, 지하 1, 2층) 4. 욕실은 깔끔한 도비도스 제품으로 잘 배치되어있고 변기마다 비데가 설치되어 있으며 묵었던 방이 고층인데도 샤워수압이 충분합니다 5. 침구는 베개, 이불 모두 고충전 다운제품으로 호텔급 품질입니다 6. 사장님과 직원들이 아주 친절합니다 7. 3층에 북카페가 있어서 투숙객은 할인가격에 커피, 음료를 즐길 수 있습니다 (현재 오픈한정 간단한 조식제공중) 8. 주변에 편의점이 있어서 (15미터, 50미터 거리) 편리합니다 단점: 1. 욕실에...

"시설이 낡았다는 평은 많이 들어서 크게 기대하고 가지 않았지만 실제로 보니 충격적이었음. 옛스러움과 관리를 하지 않아 낡아 보이는 것은 큰 차이가 있음. 방안에 있는 가구들은 모두 망가져 있고, 냉장고도 재활용센터에서도 보기 어려울 정도의 오래된 상태. 트래디셔널룸(황토온돌방)에서 묵었는데 욕실의 전구도 깜박깜박이고, 욕실에 창문이 없어서 답답함. 잘 때 방안 온도는 적절해서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었음. 전체 평은...온천은 할 만 하겠으나 절대로 숙박은 하고 싶지 않은 곳임. 시설이 노후화 된 것이 문제가 아니라 관리를 안 하고 있는 것이 문제임."

"호텔 안에 스파가 있어서 너무 좋았어요 다만 스파 시설 중에 고장난 부분이 고쳐지질 않는다며 클레임을 거는 고객과의 실랑이에서 스파 직원의 태도와 처우가 좋지 않아 눈살일 조금 찌푸리게 만들었는데, 그 외의 호텔 직원분의 서비스와 호텔 내 있는 편의점 아르바이트생도 너무 친절했어요~~ 카운터 매니저(였었겠죠?) 분이 제가 중복 예약을 해서 원래 취소가 안되는 건데 익스피디아랑 통화를 해주시면서 당일 무료취소를 해주셨거든요. 감사감사~~>|\\\< 또 이용할게요~"
