"We came to Skybay with our Korean friend for a wonderful adventure. We opted for the lake view room, while our friends had the ocean view, both are spectacular. That night it was so cold, that we decided to stay in the hotel and had chicken and beer I the dining area, the chicken and beer were great, but it was sitting and chitchat with our friend, that’s priceless. This is a great hotel, but forewarn to book amenities in advance, like pool, sauna, breakfast, etc. these are not included with the room stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, we wish to thank the staff for courteous hospitality. "

"처음 배정받은 방(1702)은 바람소리가 비행기가 지나가는 줄 알정도로 컷고 안에서는 배기구 소리가 간헐적으로 심하게 났습니다만 야간 메니저께서 방을 바꾸어 주셔서 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 메니저님께 다시한 번 감사드립니다."

"It’s not our family’s first time. We probably stay at least two times a year or more, for the last ten years I have been in Korea. Always a good time even though there’s not much in the resort unless you’re a golfer or skier. We always find ways to keep ourselves busy in and out of our room. The staff and services are impeccable. Our recent stay I left a few of contacts lens and even though I was willing to call it a lost but took a shot of calling and asking them to hold them in lost and found if I ever returned next month. But they offered to ship them to my house the next business day. Amazing! "
