"This unit was clean and felt safe. It’s right at one mile from Broadway (within walking distance), and also has some nice places close by. Loved having breakfast right done the block at Tostique. Main down side was how close the RR tracks are and the trains were noisy. The tracks are literally right outside the windows. No views to speak of if that is important to you. Light sleepers may have an issue with tithe trains. "

"The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable. There's construction nearby but it wasn't a problem. Easy 15-20 min walk down 1st Ave to downtown. We loved staying there and hope to come back. "

"The condo looks exactly like the photos and the owner Kim is very communicative. The unit is extremely well stocked with supplies--actually the best stocked of any units we've ever rented. Also, the towels are soft, and the beds, with ample blankets, are very comfortable.Kim has also taken the time to put together a really nice book of things to do in the area--if you haven't been to the area before, be sure to look at it as it is very accurate and complete and it's just one more nice touch...

"Neighborhood is in the process of being renovated, but is, at present, pretty seedy. Unit faces the Cumberland River, which is nice. The extra fees are something to watch out for. "

"First off the check in was simply amazing. The caretaker met us and took us to our room and showed us everything we needed to know. The room itself is an updated feel with old charm of the original building. The location is as good as it gets. Close to everything. Bed was comfy. Place was immaculately clean.
