"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"We came in for a quick weekend in the city and to see a concert. The condo was everything we needed. It was quiet and comfy. The private parking is a huge plus with parking being at a premium in this area. Definitely a great place to stay. "

"The carriage house was a fantastic place in a great location! We were able to walk the area, get to food (Nova Sushi is great) and easy Uber pick up. The place was clean and comfortable; a full kitchen allowed my daughter who loves baking a chance to cook and bake, and not have cafeteria food for awhile. "This place is every bit as advertised and more. Conveniently located within walking distance to several eateries, coffee shop, nightlife and even a CVS. The residence was nicely appointed with fine furnishings and comfortable beds, but the star of the show was the views from every room. These will rival the best views in Atlanta!! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay."

"The property is not what is represented in the photos. The main door lacks security as it is almost always ajar. The lock on the apt door is not very secure as it is missing latch plates and no real security level for guests. The paint scheme is nothing of whst was represented in photos. No silverware to eat with unless you only use spoons. The apartment was dirty. Food on sink backsplash, sheets had makeup stains and an actual shoe print. Blood spots on pillow cases. 3 bath towels 2 wash cloths...

"Overall, my stay was good. The apartment was clean, amenities were as listed. There was a broken glass door on the second bedroom and shards had been left after cleanup (I ended up stepping on one, on the first night). It had not been called out in the listing. Parking was also additional; $20 daily. "

"Ariell was very responsive and even gave her personal cell for emergencies. There were drinks and snacks already there along with Coffee K-cups and teas. I worked from the apartment for the week and the Wi-Fi connection was great and was able to work and enjoy the area in the evenings. Workout facility and parking very staff and wonderful."
