"For this particular occasion, I wanted the setting to be somewhat rustic and Forrest Hills was the perfect environment. The exterior of the buildings needs some facelift, but we were pleasantly surprised by the conditions of the rooms that looked like they had been recently renovated. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant food at the Hideaway restaurant was excellent along with the service."

"This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. The facility is great, and they were renovating areas to make it even better. What won me over was the service at the desk. Will was the worker who helped us check in. He was fantastic. Just the nicest guy. He helped and accommodated some requests we had. We were in walking distance to so much on the main road. My kids loved the free cookies and drinks throughout the day. Thank you for making our trip so good! "

"Beautiful views surrounding the resort. Feels like your very own mountain retreat. Outdoor fire pit beyond the house. Short trail. Large chairs on the lawn yo enjoy the magnificent view while sipping on local wines. Restaurant seating on large porch with acoustic entertainment. Lovely room. All close to other wineries and shopping in Dahlonega. Worth every penny! We will definitely call this home when visiting the area. "

"Everyone was so welcoming. Convenient location we were able to walk everywhere. It was quiet and felt very safe. Excellent room, bed was very comfortable. Food was so good and tasty gave us lots of food and excellent service. We will be returning!"

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Helen, GA. It was perfectly on theme, you feel transported from the moment you drive up to the property. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were all so friendly & helpful. The radio alarm in the room next to us went off at 3am. We called front desk and they took care of it within minutes. Coffee and tea available at the lobby all day. The room was spacious, the view was beautiful! The kids loved the hotel. I could go on and on about how great this...
