Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "For the price, the general standard of the property was OK, but there were a number of problems. First, the description "one bedroom apartment" is misleading - this is one bedroom within an apartment, not the same thing at all. Second, the area does not feel safe. It is a primarily industrial area, some of it derelict, and I would have been nervous going there late at night. Last, although it was fairly clean overall, there was a condom in its wrapper in the bedside drawer. "
