"We had a 2 night stay in the Four Poster Room. The room was lovely and spacious with the bathroom upstairs. All the staff we came across were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given the option to put any food and drink purchased at the bar and restaurant and pay for everything at the end of our stay. We will definitely stay again."

When we arrived the welcome was warm and friendly. We were leaving early the next morning and would miss breakfast however there was already a paper bag with a continental breakfast ready and waiting for us in the room, including a cafetière ready for use. "Actually, I was sick the entire time I was there, not the fault of the Black Horse. However, the parking situation is terrible. While sick, I had to move the car several times. I found my rental car was side-swiped, and I'm having to pay for damages my insurance doesn't cover. Again, not the fault of the Black Horse."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Stream House. The bedroom was beautiful, with such a comfortable bed and an amazing roll top bath in the en suite. Warmly welcomed with some brownies on arrival, and delicious breakfast both mornings. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay again. "
