"The place was great, tiny cabin on a lot with guest-shared bathroom and kitchen. Great location, close and overlooking Nelson. Lovely little patio. My only complaint was that we got there right after a long hike and I really wanted a hot shower and there was some large scary bugs in the shower. But that can’t be helped in a kind of outside bathroom. The host was great and gave us great recommendations on things that were happening in Nelson. "

"I booked through expedia endup paying through vrbo. Tried to cancel onthe following day and was offered only 117/_ out of 305. Basically i did not stay at tye placce and 305 dollars. I had to book a hotel to stay for 2nights. Frustrated and dissapointed This place is ideal for hitch hikers. Not much infomation on expedia. "

"Amazing hosts! The cabin is situated on a beautiful piece of property set among the idyllic countryside of Castlegar. An easy commute to town and beautiful attractions within the area. "Peaceful and tranquil. We had a lovely stay. The tiny home has everything you want, comfortable bed and heavenly shower with soap and shampoo provided. Steve and Abby were excellent hosts and even provided a fire pit for us to enjoy. Would highly recommend this property."

"We really enjoyed the property. There are short hikes around the property, that you can link up to longer hikes if you choose. About 20 minutes from Nelson. There are a few cabins on the property, but very private and not all too close to each other. It was very quiet and easy to get to more urban areas if you choose. "We were here for a quick weekend getaway. What a beautiful place. The woodworking that went into the cabins was amazing. Thoughtfully decorated. Very unique. Close enough to Nelson but far enough as well. Would love to see a big comfy chair or couch in the Elise cabin!"

"It was perfect for staying close to Selkirk College as I was in town to visit my son with his Granny. Nice to have two bedrooms. The downside was that we brought e-bikes and were not allowed to store them inside the garage due to the owner's dog occupying it. Expensive bikes stayed out in the rain overnight with electronics getting wet. The owner was on site but never greeted us or offered a solution to the bike storage. No cable TV. "This is one of the very nicest places I have stayed! The location offers safety and privacy - downtown and walkable to businesses, but not on the busy street. The property was very clean with attention to detail - the kitchen was especially well provisioned. The owner was quick to reply via messaging to questions that I had.
