"The property was pretty much as described. It was in a good location in Sliema, walkable distance from bus stops and tourist attractions within Sliema, which was exactly what I was looking for. The condition of the property was good, however the check in procedure was really hard as there were no staff on property apart from room service staff, and they had to telephone a manager to check me in, no card accepted to pay the tourist tax, only cash. "Very lovely stay, good hotel in a convenient location for exploring Malta. Very kind and helpful staff, good housekeeping. Lovely robes and eco friendliness of the hotel. Great view from the partial sea view rooms on the 9th floor. Only thing that let the hotel down was the hairdryer in the room was filthy and the indoor pool was very busy all day! Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta "

"Great location in Sliema! The hotel is nestled between St. Julian’s Bay and Sliema seafronts. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, about 10-15 minute walk to either seafront location. There are small cafes, local bars, a pharmacy, and a mini market near the hotel. It was easy for excursion meet up points, the buses and to take the ferry. There are tons of restaurants, bars and cafes by the water along the Sliema seafront or St Julien’s Bay. "Very much enjoyed the hotel, once again, after our last trip 8 years ago. One lift was out of service the whole time, though, which sometimes caused difficulties. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was good and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, but there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and this didn't always feel very safe."
