"A whole house with all the trimmings, amenities and warm South African welcome of the owner. The fridge contained complimentary butter, home made jam, bottle of wine and farm fresh milk. There were home made rusks and scrunchies. There was complimentary spices to use as well as olive oil etc etc. We were given two dishwashing pods and laundry detergent to use. I've never stayed in a place that is so well equipped. The owners friendliness further enhanced our stay. "

"We stayed in one of the Forest cottage. We loved the grounds of the hotel and the gardens were so beautiful. We booked late and the only room available was one of the cottages. We found the decor to be very dated including the bathroom and it had no air con. The bathroom taps were very stiff. The pool area for these cottages felt like it needed updating/cleaned and the lounger covers on the chairs were in need of a clean and quite dirty. Overall we were quite disappointed with the accommodation....

Directions/instructions on how to get there (what the actual address is) could be improved, as we originally tried to check in to the apartments near Motherdough. Additionally, there was a very off-putting smell coming from under the kitchen sink that we could not find a source for. Overall, a good stay."

"This trip was rescheduled from last year. Condo is spotlessly clean. Condo is managed by Megan who is instantly responsive. You communicate using whatsapp and she responds almost instantly. "I rented the luxury penthouse and it was very nice. Felt like home. The area is very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and shops within a very short distance.
