The restaurants had a wide variety of food to choose from, and there was entertainment on every night we were there. Definitely a hotel to stay at during a visit to Heraklion."

"It was one of the best all inclusive experience. We booked a room with private pool looking at the beach, not sure whether I get similar views anywhere around. Staffs were patient especially animation team were fantastic and the way they take care our children as their own. We booked in early April, their water parks were not open till April 5th which was disappointing but they kindly arranged a free visit to nearby waterpark for free. Only advice is book in May/June when the adventure clubs are fully open. "

"Good access to the airport. Close to the bus to Heraklion. Staff were very helpful. The only wrinkle is that water in the rooms is non-potable so bring your own water. "

"We traveled as a family: two of us and our 1.5-year-old. The room we stayed in was spacious. The beds were relatively comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The biggest treat was the view. We had a room on the fourth floor with a spectacular view of the bay and the sea beyond. Breakfast was served on the top floor, and the dining area also had a spectacular view of the sea. The breakfast options were some of the best we experienced, including self-made Greek coffee and a self-assembled traditional Cretan meal, a hand juicer to make your own fresh orange juice an loads of other options for food and drinks. In January, the room was a little chilly and slightly humid, and this was an unpleasant combination. But thankfully the heating element worked well enough, and we made it fairly comfortable in the end. The staff were very friendly. There is a small tea/coffee bar on the ground floor which needs to be serviced by the concierge. There is no tea kettle in the room itself! This was probably the only downside for our stay since we would have liked to warm up some of the water for our daughter or had the ability to make tea ourselves. Lastly, there is a laundry business just a few steps away from the hotel. The man who runs the business dropped off our clean laundry at the hotel. So, keep this option in mind as you travel. As a whole, this hotel was excellent. Get a room with a sea view. It is worth it."

"We stayed at Agapi Beach Resort from 27/10 to 03/11/24 for the third consecutive year. This place never fails to disappoint. Beautiful hotel complimented by the fantastic staff. The accommodation is lovely and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is lovely and varied each day. As you walk around the hotel the grounds are immaculate with an array of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. Numerous pools dotted about. The beach is two minutes from the main complex. Beach towels provided every day. There are different places on the complex to eat. We can’t praise Agapi Beach Resort enough. Just something about the place that just makes us want to go back every year. Hopefully we will again in 2025. "
