"Rooms were nice and clean but there was some visible wear to some of the furniture and bathroom. Staff were friendly and the hotel is very centrally located for the city centre and bus links to Knossos and the airport."

"I needed a room for one night near the airport in Heraklion, and this small hotel provided that. It was within walking distance to the Europcar car rental (15 minutes), where I went the next morning to pick up the rental car. The area was very safe, very close to a grocery store, and easily walkable. The only negative about the hotel is that it is extremely noisy because of the planes flying overhead, but that seems to be a problem in many parts of Heraklion and even at the beach resorts east...

"This motel is the lap of luxury. Unique features, modern decor, comfortable bed. The only suggestion is to provide real chairs on the balcony. The wood stumps are aesthetically cool, but not comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Staff extremely helpful. "

"Good location and friendly service. So good we booked another 3 nights on our return trip to Iraklion. The only deficiency, as every other central hotel in Iraklion is parking. I booked my hire car to when we departed Iraklion and will return it the day we arrive back, that way we don;t have to finding parking. You can do without a car in Iraklion, buses and taxis are ideal."

"It's on flight path, no where to go at night, hardly any lights so a bit weary going out and about. To get anywhere you have to pay for a taxi or bus. Room basic, food ok but never hot. Only alcohol for all inclusive is beer wine ouzo and raki. Everything else you have to pay for.. "

"The hotel has spectacular views. That's about the end of the good. The bathroom was less than desirable, the open shower was directly next to the toilet that flooded when we showered. We requested additional towels to soak up the water and were told NO. The 2 towels we were provided were uncomfortable and scratchy. The "king" bed was two small beds pushed together and made separately with sheets so if you wanted to sleep next to your partner you would fall between the beds as they...

"All I needed for a one night stay in Heraklion to be close to the Archeological Museum and then travel to Knosso Palace. I didn’t hear any noise at night , the room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was also efficient and friendly."

"My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it."

"Decent three star resort, rooms are appropriate and clean, food was enough, mostly ok. We missed a more authentic Greek menu. Except for the breakfast coffee and juices, drinks need to be bought, even something as simple as water and ice. All other beach services are separatedly charged including sunbeds and umbrella. Kudos to the personnel who made the stay very enjoyable. "
