"A great location a street back from the beach. The hotel was clean and there was an excellent choice for the continental breakfast. The room was comfy and had a hairdryer, complementary toothbrush/paste, shower cap, ear plugs etc. We stayed with our 2 children who loved the large sized bunk beds. The host was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. A lovely stay in a good location. Would recommend!"

"We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. "AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"
