"Well equipped, spacious bungalow with delightful views across the Lincolnshire countryside. The online information misses many of the features of the premise, The two lounges, the bunk beds in the 'twin' bedroom, the existence of a dishwasher. It provides far more than promised. Only real downside were the mattresses on the double beds, thin with springs so uncomfortable and the beds have a solid frame around them so decidedly uncomfortable entry and exit. The walk in showers to the ensuites...

"Quiet area away in a lovely position overlooking countryside. A short walk to the beach and a nearby beach cafe. A perfect place for our short break to the seaside."

"The property is based around a little square with a few bungalows and a few houses and all have private gardens an hottub. The property is well equipt, spacious and accommodate our dog. The area is very quiet and great for walking. I tend to stay for a 'get away from it all' break and relax with a bottle of wine, chinese from the local takeaway and a dip in the hottub. I've stayed a number of times and will continue to come back time and time again. "

"Property gave us all we could have wanted! A much larger property than it appeared in the photos. Only negative was that the check-out procedure wasn't communicated to us, so we ended up posting the keys through the letterbox. Not sure if this was correct or not. Would certainly stay here again, and would recommend to other larger groups."

"Just had a lovely stay it this cottage. Perfect base for us to explore. The property has everything you need for your stay. Checkin was quick and easy. Took our little dog with us who had a fab time. It’s a short walk to the village where there are a couple of pubs, take always plus a co-op for all your essentials. It’s a short train ride or drive to Skegness. It’s a lovely cottage the hot tub was a bonus too. Thanks for a nice stay."

"A very nice well kept property all appliances were available we had a very nice stay although the garden furniture had been neglected glass table covered in dirt and chairs my wife cleaned them up but apart from that we had a very nice stay. "
