"Overall our stay here was pretty good. The location was good for going into town and also only a short walk from the bus stop for the slopes. The apartment is quite small, especially if using the fold out sofa bed. It wasn’t the cleanest either. Still find it bizarre that you have to pay additional money to rent the bedding and towels, but ah well. Bear in mind the block is mostly full of locals so if that’s an issue for you then don’t expect there to be many other tourists staying nearby. "

"We enjoyed a short stay at this apartment as a family with 2 children. The apartment presents as a cosy little place with a lovely view out towards the valley below and mountain beyond. It’s a short walk to the center ville where there are a range of bars and restaurants. The trails are steep & will test any hiker or trail runner! "

"I recently stayed in Saint Gervais with a group of 11 guests (2 families with teens), and it was a fantastic experience. The space was more than ample for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and all the essentials we needed for our stay. The decoration throughout the condo was charming and added a cozy touch to our holiday. "This is a fraudulent advertisement and should be taken off the Expedia platform. This property does not provide sheets/blankets/pillow cases. Wi-Fi is not free as listed in the advertisement. It is also listed as 2 rooms suitable for 3 people, there should have been a double bed and a pull out sofa but there is only a pull out sofa. "We had a great holiday. Good location and good size for family of four with small children. Everything you need. Just be aware the bed linen and towels are not provided and you need to bring your own or rent. But we were made aware of this and it was not an issue. The only other small things is the wifi was not very consistent for us. That was not really a big issue, but might be if you really needed it for work etc. Thanks for a great holiday!"

"Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."
