"Great hotel, great location, wonderful staff"

"I would highly recommend this property for a ski holiday in Flaine! The property is finished to a high standard and has amazing views from the balconies looking towards Flaine and the pistes. It is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 9 across the 4 bedrooms and it was also great to have lots of bathrooms! We also really enjoyed being able to use the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms. The ski locker is a very short walk from the apartment and we found the free ski shuttle bus into Flaine to be very convenient and easy to use. We also enjoyed being able to ski directly into Flaine some days. Francoise was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. We loved our stay so much we have already booked to go back again next year! Thank you!"

"Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."

"Amazing apartment, with great views over the surrounding valley and slopes. Located very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants which was perfect. Overall just the perfect place to stay for a couple."

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included. That is not true. I had to go to the resort and ask to rent towels and bedding which cost an additional EU 47 and I had to pay a cash deposit (which I did not have). Then during the stay the hot water tank started making loud noises all night that kept us awake. In the morning the tank had leaked water all over the floor. I turned the electricity supply to the tank off for safety reasons. Informed the management company about the problem. They did not respond. Left very disappointed with the entire experience. This is the worst experience I have had in the many hotels.com bookings I have had over many years. "

"Amazing stay - penthouse apartment with incredible views and incredible space. Lovely staff. Building is right on the slopes. Pool and spa area lovely after a day of skiing. Well equipped gym. And a playroom. A few mins walk to restaurants and supermarket. Worked well for a family with skiers and non skiers (and a toddler). Could do with a few more hooks for the various towels and bathrobes!"
