"We have stayed here before due to its location so we decided to stay here again since we had a train to catch in the morning. The hotel is inside the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, which is great. The rooms are good size, but also kind of outdated. Abdel (or was it Abdal?) was absolutely amazing, he checked us in with a smile on his face and made sure we were taken care of. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Brussels for sure."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In case this helps anyone, the parking is on the street, or the property offers parking for 15 euros just across the street. This area has a lot of shopping and restaurant offerings. It is about a 30-45 minute walk to other historical areas but there are plenty of public transportation options available. "

"You have to sign up as a reward member to get early check in, which was really easy and we got into the room at 8 am. Free coffee and water bottle filler in the lobby. One bedroom suite pull out couch is two twins. Kitchen has everything you need. Huge soaking tub, great water temp and pressure "

"The staff was excellent. Olivier at the front desk was very helpful. We found the cappuccinos and hot chocolate a the hotel were the best. Camille at the bar during breakfast is a had worker. Dolce Amore and TerO are excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. When I do return to Belgium I will be staying here for sure."
