"This villa was incredible. Vera was super nice and very helpful. She met with us when she checked us in and gave us a TON of useful information. Everything about the home was clean and there were plenty of dishes/pots, etc. The photos of the home are beautiful but they simply don't do justice to how fantastic it is. "The property was very large and private. Lots of space and the patio and pool were great. The best part was the host. He was very attentive and helped us find our way around the area. The location is very residential so not the active hustle of the city so our rental car was essential to get the most out of the location but we had a great time visiting the nearby beaches and towns."

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"We traveled to split with a group of 7 adults. Toni and team were professional and prompt with inquiries and requests. The property is amazing with all the amenities and terrific views. Close to market and downtown. Property is on a hill (so keep that in mind for walking). Would definitely recommend."
