"The villa is very well equiped and modern with a lovely pool and very near the beach so a great combination. The owner of the villa is a lovely lady and very helpfull. There are plenty of restaurants to eat out very close by. The only minus is getting supermarket provisions. Only little grocery shops are near by and to get a proper stock up have to travel much further ."

"This villa was incredible. Vera was super nice and very helpful. She met with us when she checked us in and gave us a TON of useful information. Everything about the home was clean and there were plenty of dishes/pots, etc. The photos of the home are beautiful but they simply don't do justice to how fantastic it is. "Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. "

"Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. Great historic property for a large group of friends. Rooms are all on separate floors. The common / living room area to hang out is only accessible from outdoors - it was raining when we were there so that made it hard and we didn’t use it. It looks like an old hostel or small hotel and that the “common area” was the lobby. "

"The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!"

"Mislav was very accomadating with a early check in - and change of plans we had to make. Mislav drove us to the grocery store and even helped us shop! The house is perfect for large family or friends. Every bedroom has a bathroom . The balcony and view were amazing. Mosquitos were a problem at night. The living room needs a fan or screens on the door then the ac would not need to be used. The breeze was perfect- but could not open the door due to mosquitoes. The bedrooms have screen doors. The...
