"Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. "

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Mislav was very accomadating with a early check in - and change of plans we had to make. Mislav drove us to the grocery store and even helped us shop! The house is perfect for large family or friends. Every bedroom has a bathroom . The balcony and view were amazing. Mosquitos were a problem at night. The living room needs a fan or screens on the door then the ac would not need to be used. The breeze was perfect- but could not open the door due to mosquitoes. The bedrooms have screen doors. "Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our hosts were wonderful throughout, always on hand and eager to help with any queries. Great location. Easy access to beach, bars, shops and sea taxi to Trogir. Perfect accommodation. Worked really well for a family group of 10 adults. "

"We spent 4 wonderful weeks at the Villa and thoroughly recommend it. Waking up to those views of the bay and the clear blue Adriatic will live long in all of our memories. We rented the Villa for my 50th as a family of 3, but with family and friends joining us each week. All had a wonderful time. "This beautiful property is in Trogir and sits at the top of the overlooking the town. The house and pool were wonderful! Everything is modern and up to date with an easy walk to the town. The roads are narrow for driving but we had a large van and there is private parking. I highly recommend this property, we were a family of 7 adults with lots of room"
