All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. The only negative I could say is the roads going up to the villa are very narrow and can be difficult with cars coming in the opposite direction, also the area of Podstrana isn't pretty, but nice around the beach and harbour, road to split is very busy for at least...

"Mate could not have been more helpful. He even took us to the supermarket to get our shopping just after we arrived. The villa is split into 3 apartments. We were on the ground floor and had sole use of the pool (which was a little chilly), hot tub and garden. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean and of high quality. If you have mobility problems it might be advisable to hire a car. The nearest bar/restaurant was about 15 minutes walk and the nearest small supermarket was 20/25 mins...

"Enjoyed our stay at this house in Znjan. The owners parents were waiting for us when we arrived and handed us the keys. Large place that is well laid out for a decent size group. We were able to drive to Strobec for dinner, downtown near the Palace and Riva for site seeing, and to various beaches. The beach closest to the house is under a bit of construction, can still quickly get to one nice swimming spot or walk about a mile to get to a beach club near the Radisson hotel.
