"My stay coincided with a large thunderstorm which caused a few issues (e.g. no tv reception, card payments down). Nothing that the hotel can do about that however the communication was non existent and the attitude of the staff in the restaurant wasn’t great. "

"We had a 3 night stay. The room was a good size with a small balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The bed for me was a little uncomfortable. It was a king (I think) but a definite sag in the middle.Weather was not kind as it rained most of the time so can't comment on the pool which would have been nice to relax at days end. Breakfast included was continental but sufficient. the usual cereals, fruit, breads etc. A little out of city centre so meant we needed to drive into town rather than...

"Great value for money. Great meals. Spacious rooms. Easy free parking. Rooms near bear garden are a little noisy. Rooms need a little maintenance But they are clean and comfortable and great value for money. I have stayed here a few times and will stay here again."

"We had a little problem on the room that was assigned to us on the first day they immediately upgraded us as soon as we complained. Will be back"
