"Property was clean and comfortable. There was no fire pit. Bring pods for the keurig, because there is no drip coffee machine and no pods of any kind. Vacasa was unable to get us the right entry code—managed to get it from cleaning staff. But vacasa did compensate us for the inconvenience. Convenient and quiet location. "

"The property manager robin was great, very helpful throughout the entire process and kind. The neighbor Nate was absolutely amazing. He knows all the local spots.I had a great time definitely would recommend"

"Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe."

"The condo is well located, spacious and clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with pans, plates, glasses, etc. I needed to extend my stay and it was relatively simple to do so. I will look here first the next time I’m down to dive. "

"The unit is in a great location steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. The pool was heated, clean, and enjoyable. The place was clean and generally had the basics. Some items that would have made the stay more comfortable: more clothes hangers, salt & pepper, coffee (other than decaf), sugar, and cooking oil. "

"Family of four enjoying the Florida sun for 5 days. Great location on quiet but fun area of Singer Island. Really easy to walk to beach, bars, coffee shops, ice cream, and Sailfish Marina. Space was pretty good for four. Very clean and modern. I’d stay again for sure. If I had to critique, I’d say the beds and linens could use an upgrade. Beds a touch small for four adults/teens and pull out sofa was pretty used. Thanks for a fantastic stay and we plan to be back ASAP. "

"Our unit was fantastic. It is in a quaint little neighborhood that has probably been there way before all of the grand hotels. As with any older home you can tell it is older which gives it charm. The owners have done a great job updating the interior. The beds were comfy. Big deal for us! We enjoyed walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only thing I could add would be beach gear but I am sure that is hard to keep in rental. The neighbors were super nice."

"Cute and clean mini vacation stay within walking distance to beach for residents. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming.Two suggestion I would offer is couch hide away bed to be replaced - daughters moved mattress into floor after first night due to the bed frame being uncomfortable.Also I would also add a curtain to doorway for closet area outside bathroom so it would allow a larger changing area due to the petite bathroom.Overall great stay-owner was great with communication. Definitely an...
