"From the moment we arrived to the time we left, our stay at the Bear Den was outstanding. Entry instructions were sent early on check-in day, making our arrival smooth and easy. The cabin exceeded our expectations—fully stocked with everything from blenders and Instant Pots to all the cookware you could need, whether you're cooking inside or grilling out. They even had child-friendly utensils for little ones. The bedding was cozy and clearly labeled, which was especially helpful for using the hide-a-beds. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home—robes in the master bedroom, plus a stash of essentials like razors, feminine products, toothbrushes, and toiletries in case anything was forgotten. Outdoors, deer food was provided along with a full set of activities—tennis rackets, basketballs, bug spray, and breathtaking scenery. A fun little bonus: a “bear hunt” around the condo to spot all the bear-themed decor (there are more than you’d expect!), which added a playful touch. The hosts were incredibly responsive. They even came out to replace low batteries in the door lock after we had a brief issue. Overall, this property is fantastic. Our entire family loved it. Just a heads-up—try to arrive during daylight hours, as the driveway turn-in is a bit steep. But trust us, it’s totally worth it. "

"My grandchildren and I have stayed here twice on on travels to Northwest Arkansas. It is small but mighty! We enjoy the creek trail and the hammocks the most. The kids love the tiny house stocked with games and DVD but are usually enjoying the outdoors instead. Our host called to inform us we left a few items and graciously shipped them home for us! 10/10 service!! Thanks for letting us enjoy Whispering Pines! "

"So many amenities. Lots of yard games; croquet, ladder ball. Complete seclusion. Beautiful views. Rustic and has everything you need except your meals and snacks. My family played and laughed and we didn’t leave. So much to explore. So many different areas to hang out. River was crystal clear and so enjoyable. Highly recommend morning outdoor shower with coffee. "
