Safe, walk to several good restaurants, pretty veiw from balcony (very noisy though cause right by the big bridge across to Louisville—no biggie for us ) the Condo was nice. Comfortable bed, lots of seating for guests. Some points that may be negatives depending on your pickiness. The condo is lived in by its owner except weekend. "This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a few restaurants and a gas station. The owners checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. Two minor issues - an outlet in one bedroom was loose so items didn’t always stay plugged in and the towel rack shelves were dusty. Would stay again. "

"Checking in the credit card they used didn’t work and I was asked to pay myself after I had already paid. I messaged through vrbo…which came up leavetown instead of vrbo…. But they called the front desk and it was straightened out. It was difficult to be put in that position at the end of a long drive. I would recommend contacting the property directly. It was a great stay with comfortable beds, outdoor pool, fridge, dishwasher, stove and kitchenette supplies. I would stay again."

"Stayed here for a bachelor party of 10 adults. Despite the group size, the space didn't feel crowded. The host was available by phone/text for any issues and responded quickly. The place is nearby to many of the downtown attractions and not a far walk from the NuLu neighborhood. Because it's a loft, the upstairs does get pretty warm at night but overall a great stay. "

"Can't say enough great things about the property. Location is fantastic with a bar across the street, brewery next door, and other superb places within a 10 min walk. The place itself loaded with everything you need - full + well stocked kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer and multiple bathrooms. All areas were clean and the rooms and beds comfortable and spacious. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner Matt. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone looking in...
