Many of the reviews were correct, the neighborhood is pretty loud at night. It did not keep my wife and I awake, but I can see where it may bother some folks. "The property itself was clean and was clearly recently renovated. It’s definitely a loft and there’s lots of stairs. The property is very close to lots of attractions and it’s an easily walkable area. Being in the downtown, two blocks from a rescue mission, visitors will need to deal with the homeless population. Parking is either at a meter right outside the front door, or around the corner behind the building. "

"Checking in the credit card they used didn’t work and I was asked to pay myself after I had already paid. I messaged through vrbo…which came up leavetown instead of vrbo…. But they called the front desk and it was straightened out. It was difficult to be put in that position at the end of a long drive. I would recommend contacting the property directly. It was a great stay with comfortable beds, outdoor pool, fridge, dishwasher, stove and kitchenette supplies. I would stay again."

The place is nearby to many of the downtown attractions and not a far walk from the NuLu neighborhood. Because it's a loft, the upstairs does get pretty warm at night but overall a great stay. "
