There were upgrades made, but the shower was slippery getting in and out. There were some drainage issues in the kitchen, and we eventually found a bowl placed under the sink to catch some leaking water (it had been there awhile). Only thing, make sure you pack are pool towels (if using the pool) otherwise they have thought of everything.
